and Toy Tokyo through the night there or the land hello Sutter graduates families teacher staff and distinguished virtual guess I'm your proud LUSD board member in Virtual congratulations on your middle school culmination I know this isn't the end of Middle School you were hoping for and certainly not the photo ops your parents were planning on to remember this moment I'm sorry and there's nothing I can say that will replace an in-person ceremony May 1st eighth grade class graduate Berkeley and maybe that's a silver lining of these crazy few months you're probably like me and that you forgot a lot of what you learned in elementary school the one thing I randomly do remember is a different types Stratus Cirrus he said that the cloud has a silver lining what can shine light on a dark day without some clouds as I pop in virtually on school thread La I see you are making the best of a scary situation I taken care of your family and friends am I staying positive just because you're making the best of a situation still not scary or disappointed about not feeling scared when you do feel a little scared or discouraged and that's a lesson I know I wish I remembered more in high school I know we don't know exactly what the next few months will look like or how long the storm will last your resilience has convinced me we will get through this and even if we can't be there with you we're all here for you so congratulations to the first ever virtual graduate any more first from you set Amazing Friends teachers and staff we wouldn't be here today aren't you should never give up on us and I have a difference I want to thank the teachers especially because without them I would have gone through those lessons for myself is there anything so many opportunities such as giving me a chance again band leadership Schreiber receiving compensation or external praise is something to be complimented we are the starry nights we can never give up on anything we want to be only sold English teacher said that we should have a growth mindset about me so horny level I tried having a growth mindset and they're actually helped my free I'm never going to get that when I start having a make mistakes and learn from them on our own all the mistakes we've made how do we ever find out who we are without them cast from the TV show Grey's Anatomy one said it turns out sometimes you have to do the wrong thing sometimes you have to make a big mistakes to figure out how to make things right the sister people what are the only way to find out who we really are so less you are supposed to favor and remember all the mistakes we've made and lessons we have learned so they can become legendary people thank you good morning faculty staff family friends and most importantly classes 25 name is Savanna beaver and it is an honor to be your special day I am proud to say we did it pass the 2020 that we can overcome success Middle School we were younger middle school isn't always just about making friends though it was also about learning new things that will help benefit us in the future so let's say thank you to all the teacher never give up on your house who are parents and Guardians who are with us every step of the way because every successful person 14d hyndman Washington wants a measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles he has overcome this will mean that we shouldn't only be congratulated on our success also on the obstacles that we have over change to reach our success was transitioning to online schooling in the middle of the school year to be honest this year was really challenging but thanks to my supportive team I survived Middle School if you were to ask them if they would have said I came a long way John Sutter give me the best last two years of Middle School but it's time for us to move on to mature successful congratulations class of 2022 pleasure I would like to congratulation we're all so proud of your accomplishments thank you to all faculty parents and guests for being here with us today to recognize better Middle School's class of 2022 Starry Night students be reflexive city of perseverance each one of you entered eighth grade this year you had no idea what it would take to complete the school year you didn't listen acity and patience I'm most proud of those can you to do what you needed to do to park dissipate learning important lifelong learning is most important over the past few months I'm sure you will concur that not all learning takes place in the classroom, Nate from middle school and progressed to high school is the further expectation of Independence and the responsibility for education in 2024 in the very near future you will cross the stage you will walk a stage to graduate from high school in the senior many of you will have your first opportunity to vote in the u.s. presidential election if you are 18 in November of 2024 please take action info for 2 tomorrow and the leaders that you will become leader to experience such a collective hardship at such a young age and persevered in a time of much uncertainty and Division in our country I hope you will use your voice are your concerns and take responsible a in the words of Mahatma Gandhi to see as we conclude the festivities today I remind you to take time to thank your parents family members teachers and staff members order support of your education you open the hard work and it really paid off I wish you the best in all your future endeavors now I'd like to introduce our other wonderful. I am so proud of you I know you will do great today I want to congratulate my culminating student room 32 Miss Lansky believe in yourself go in the world in the direction of your dreams doing good deeds along the way graduations I could not be more proud of you graduation and I cannot wait to see what you are going to occur play Future I wish you success and the brightest of futures congratulations emanating a Middle School I want to send a heartfelt congratulations to the class of 2020 this is been quite the ride for you guys and this has been quite a memorable way to close out your middle school experience by Justin burning doing everything from home having to stay at Manila lesbian fight the challenge for everybody all of us as well but you pushed on you persevered and you still accomplish the work that was being a study guide from your teachers and to that and gradually Steelers versus mrs.
